Head light adjusting

Whats up everyone, just wondering if some one can help me figure out how to adjust my head light beam to point higher. Just got HIDs and my beam points to low has anbody done this lately and can help? Thanks.

Big ol' knobs on the backs of the housings. Inners for height, outers for splay.

might have to used a phillips screwdriver to turn it b/c the plastic knobs can kinda slip. you should be able to see them.
