can somebody tell me a tip for this cause i a tearing apart the Mother Fu???? thing

We really need some more details. A picture perhaps? But in the absence of a picture, we need a lot more words. Which speaker? Which cover? What are you talking about?

the front doesn't come off.....gotta remove the whole door panel...the rear pipe out very easily.

use a flat head driver and wedge it between the grill and plastic...wedge it our carefully.
