Side panel

What is used to attach the side panels ( the onles with the little vents behind the doors) to the side. I know there are screws on the bottom but there is some kind of compund behind it also

its just sticky goop that can be peeled off.
are you putting on a body kit?
if so which one?

Don't lose those vents. Those are the gills through which the car breathes.

no acctually I'm replacing one of the fish vents. And I wanted to know what the compund was so when I out the side back on. A body kit is way in the future is ever.
