Bleagh, fiberglass? Ask a boat repair shop, or better, ask their 'glass man about a side job (warning: he'll be half baked from the fumes, take it into consideration when trying to communicate with him). Your part of the world must have dozens of fiberglass artists very near you, figure maybe.... $200 plus paint? Wild-assed guess.
