How to remove passenger airbag?!?

How do I take out the passenger side airbag cover? I want to mount my S-AFC and AVC-R as well as my Turbo Timer there, but I can't pull the damn thing off... is there a release lever/button or something?

remove the cover from the airbag it self ? its rivioted - ya gota drill them out or cut it - or if ya mean take it out of the dash - drop the glove box look up from the bottom , there are 2 bolts and 2 phillips screws that hold it in place
