How to install stock decals

When I bought my car all the decals were already taken off. I wanted to put the stock decals back on, but I don't know how to put them on. Are they stickers? Do I need windex? etc. Any help would be appreciated. The decals are $35 for the whole set off Ebay. Car is in the sig.

just clean the area, let it dry, stick them shits on

You can get most stickers off with a small heat gun, and a lot of warm water & rubbing. A little paint thinner helps, but be quick to wash that crap off.
