Wiring Question HELP!

Trying to hook up some neon lights inside my car, I know you can get power from any 12v source and want to connect to fuse box rather than battery. How do you connect a wire to the fuse box, and is there one under the drivers side dash or do I need to connect it to the box under the hood? Thanx

The way you hook up a wire to the fuse box is to just take a fuse out and put the wire in and then put the fuse back in to hold it in basically..
