I was wondering just what attached that Talon emblem to the back of my car. Is it just glue, or is it part of the plastic?? I wanted to completely de-badge my car from stickers and emblems so I can do all the paint prep-work myself. Plus I think a stickerless car just looks cleaner.

Are you talking about the emblem on the light bar? Also there is a badge on the front. My car is free of stickers and stuck except the emblem on the tail lights and on the front in between the lights.

That emblem in the center of your rear tail lights that's visable is it. I'd like to take that bad boy off if it's just stuck on with glue. Surely someone has been brave enough to remove it??

I know this is a really old thread but it was never answered and I am looking for that answer

I have a 1g with the TALON symbol in the center rear light bar. I would like to remove it. Is it just glued on?

I was looking at other forums on this subject and someone mentioned that it set in a groove in the actual light. If I debadged it, there would be a void that needs to be filled.

Can anyone verify this?
