Well after having my gauges mounted where my stereo was (could never really see them). I decided to move them. Pretty cool eh?

nice. now get some white gauge face overlays and it will match a little better.

looks very clean.... slap some white face gauges on there to match em and that would look sweet.... btw, where was your cdplayer when you had 'em in your center console?

I don't even have a stereo in my car, gotta keep this overweight ##### light:p. I do agree it does look alittle strange with two white gauges and the rest black.

Here is how they used to look

Im thinking about goin the same thing. how long does it take and what things should i look out for when doing it? Also i see that i am going to need a few beers to fully complete the project :thumb:

I might put a fuel pressure gauge where the fuel level one is, that way it would look better with all the center gauges white. I put the temp gauge where the factory boost gauge was. It still shows as boost but reads the temp. But I'm not really sure what I'm going to do with the rest. I don't really want millions of gauges everywhere. I mainly just wanted to be able to see the boost and egt a little better.

I was kind of a pain in the ass to do, lots of dremel time that's for sure.

And yes the beer is required for the install;) :D

Note:If you can't tell by the picture those two gauges are the boost and egt.

It looks good. Now you definatly need some white faced guages to match the new one's.

yeh...if you have patience(sp for sure) you can do it and make it look nice...I kinda want to put in a new fuel level one and then a new oil pressure on the other side and have water temp and fuel pressure somewhere else

No they factory gauges are to small and the cluster is different.

FYI...that's very nice but it is PITA.

Thanks for the comments!
Yeah it is kind of a pain in the ass to do. But I think the end result is worth it.

As per Matt's request here is a pic in the car....finished:thumb:
