I plan on painting my wheels matte black and having a red "time attack" stripe around them. I was wondering how I get the stripe. Should I buy a strip of vinyl and place it along the oter edge of my wheel? The ideal way i would like is to use a buegler, but they are 100+ bucks and money is tight right now so what are some alternative ways? thanks

Go to your nearest autozone/oreily's and buy red pin stripe... works perfect and supposedly bonds with the paint when you let it sit in the sun for a while..... Ive done this a few times already and i've been very happy with the results....

I was watching extreme 4x4 the other day and someone makes a kit that comes with paint and a roller that makes the perfect ring around the rim. I tried for awhile searching for you but i cant seem to find it. If you search it a little bit better im sure you will find it. I love that look

i say paint the lip red then put a thin piece of painters tape and then paint them black then pull the tape off i think that would be better than a sticker if you wash it at a car wash or somethin the pressure might blow it off there and you dont want that to happen that is just a waste of time and money

If you go on ebay they sell kits for motorcycle wheel pinstripes. The vinyl comes pre-cut so the bend is already there. I did this on my Charger Daytona and it looked tight. I ended up getting tired of the stripes though and all I had to do was remove them (big issue with paint).

Trust me, just do it the way i recommended... Its the easiest, cheapest and its still holding up even after a year... Just take your time to make it nice and straight as you go along, it took me roughly 5 minutes per rim...

heres a pic of a rim i did for a buddy of mine.. (these are stock honda rims btw..)
