Ok guys, here is the deal: a while back I bought a drift kit from streetweapon. I totaled my eclipse b/f I ever got the kit. So I called streetweapons and cancelled my order. They told me that they couldn't refund my money, but they could give me store credit. Now I've bought another eclipse and I am ready to redeem my credit. Here's where the problem comes in; I have been trying to get in contact w/ streetweapons for like a month and no one is picking up the phone or responding to e-mails. Does anyone have any suggestions about what I should do, or have I simply been screwed?

I have never heard of this type of situation. This is an outrage! There must be something you can do. Maybe you can fax them messages that they will be sued ?

Possibly you may have to go there to the actual store/warehouse and complain face to face. Something has to happen that is too much money to get screwed on. I am sorry for you. I hope it all works out.

send them an e-mail then a fax...saying your seeking legal support in the matter and if they dont reply have a lawyer call and leave a message then go from there

You can contact their local state attorney general office and file a complaint, as well as contacting the BBB to see if they are even registered. If you file a complaint through BBB it either shows up as resolved, or unresolved on the company's profile...which is bad for sales. If all else fails contact your lawyer, keep records of anything, emails you've sent, recieved, calls you've made, dates...use your cell phone if you have one it shows every number dialed with dates...this is hardcopy proof you have made every reasonable effort to contact them.

HEY SMITH THATS F;N CRAZY BECAUSE I AM HAVEING PROBELMS WITH THEM ALSO!!!!!! I ORDERED A BLITZ FRONT BUMPER FROM THEM OVER THE PHONE AND I JUST GOT IT AND IT WAS THE WRONG ONE. THEY SENT ME A DRIFT FRONT BUMPER INSTEAD.. I CANNOT GET AHOLD OF THEM EITHER

i've been having problems with importadrenelin.com...........i order a drift kit from them and they sent it but the rear was dented and cracked the sides and the front were real twisted........i recieved it in december.......so they picked it up at the like the first week of jan. and told me it will be like maybe a week to get the new one.......everytime i call they say well they are working on it and i will call you back and tell you or leave a email but they never call or leave an email.........they have be ####ing with me for over a month about this now.....so my advice nobody deal with importadrenelin.com either....

I have heard of these problems about multiple E-Auto sites from different car forums. It seems like the general enthusiast community is having alot of trouble with Asylums and Streetweapons. Not familiar with importadrenaline.

Has anyone done business with adventon.com? I'm going to order my injen intake in like a week and I don't want to get f***** around. Just want to check reliability.

Hey, I ordered a bodykit for my 1g eclipse on December, 31st from streetweaponkits.com or street weapon composites (same company) and I have still not received it. They said it will be probably another 2 weeks before it is shipped which is b.s. But anyways in the beggining I couldn't get a hold of anyone either and nobody would pick up and if you left messages you wouldn't be called back. I filed a claim with the better business bereau and an attorny general and I finnally got a number through an email. Here is a number for you to call and he will pick up I hope you get this resolved.
