hey guys

i have seen several sets of evolution sport gauges, the 3 guages in the din sized space for sale on ebay for cheap. Has anyone installed one in their 2g?

i thought it would look more oem, rather than have a huge pillar full of gauges, the other thing i looked into was the defi din cluster but they dont appear to have boost in psi in that cluster.

am i insane? waste of time?

i appricate any pics, info ideas!

I have the gauges as I pulled them out of my Evo when installing a double-din stereo. I haven't put them in the eclipse as I have plenty of other gauges already, but they're your standard gauges, taking power, ground, and illumination, plus a boost source for the boost gauge, and a temperature probe input for the oil gauge. You get a volt meter, a boost gauge in bar, and an oil temperature gauge. The oil temp gauge uses a probe built into the drain plug. I don't know if the drain plug is the same thread size/pitch as a 2g.

Dunno if this information will help but figured I'd share it just in case.
