After a gruelin battle with my front bumper for 2 hours I ended up finally gettin my RMDSM lip on... It was more a pain in the ass than I thought to take the headlights off...

Looks good, what difficulty did you have installing it?

A blind-retarded monkey could put an RMDSM lip on in 20 minutes.

The biggest problem was takin off the headlights to get the bumper off... I found out that you had to take off the bumper to take off the headlights, and take off the headlights to get to the bumper... It was way to hard to drill the 13 holes upside down underneath my car when it was 15 degrees outside... Thanks for the comments though, and yes I have less than an inch of ground clearance left (and coilovers are in the mail :D )

RMDSM front spoiler is a must for a 2G without a bodykit. It looks sweet. I like it a lot.:thumb:

How much does it cost??? If you don't mind me asking? Also how rare are they because I never hardly see them until I became a DSM Tuner member???

Dude, why did you take the bumper off to put it on?

I tried it without takin off the bumper, but I had to install my projector lights (which came later that day after the pictures were taken)... Plus, in the pics the bolts (towards the front of the lip) arent on, which is why it hangs down, and i couldnt get to the bolts easily without takin off my bumper, which i had to do anywayz... ill have pics with the projectors on and a clean car for ya soon... :thumb:

looks good. something like this. and u really didnt have to take the bumper off just use the stock bolts drill on the corners bolt it down and u are good. and yeah i know u have to take the bumper off to get the headlights off, but to get the headlights out, u gotta have the front bumper off. anybody find their way around that?

That was the biggest pain in the ass... When it comes time to do it, you have to remove the two hidden screws (under the headlight) by pullin the things out with needle nose plyers or with a flat head screw driver... They are the same screws (plastic) that hold the mud flap to you bumper... Its that, or do what most people do and just rip your old lights right out (which is almost impossible, cause I tried)... Good luck though,,,

..One of the few advantages of coilovers :) . I just raised my car an inch when I had to get it smogged.

What kind of coilovers do you have... I just ordered a set of Ground Control to put on my KYB AGX shocks... I have H&R springs right now, but i dont like how the front is higher than the back...

hey man where did u get that front lip and how much was it?

You still have the factory 5 mile bumper on don't you. You don't have to take the headlights off to get the bumper off. There are 5 screwson the top uner the hood, two going into each fender by the wheel well, 11 on the very bottom, and 4 more in the frame. Two on the drivers side, and two on the passengers side. They are in the frame, so you will have to jack the car up and get on your back to get to them. Have fun doing that with your new lip. The bolts in the frame hold your bumper support to the car, and are 14mm kind of a brass color. When you see them, you're gonna kick yourself, I thought the same thing when I was trying to take off my bumper to paint my headlamps. Then I searched on here to see how to get the bumper off, and there was my problem. OMG
