I know that the Infinity system I got is a component system and my door speakers only get midrange/mid bass frequencies and the dash tweeters get the highs. Is there a way to modify my stock system without replacing/bypassing the factory amp to get all frequencies or at least the midrange and the high to the door speakers?

A lot of factory component door speakers are recieving the full spectrum of audible frequencys... its the tweeter that is being crossed over by a capacitor so it will only recieve high frequencys.

Wrong, in the 2g with the inifinity system, the factory amp has the xover built in there and it is what sends splits the fqs that go to the door and the dash.

bvass, why would you want to remove the dash speakers out of the picture. If you really want you can wire them together. Or when you get a new deck and bypass the amp and wire from behind the stock stereo it will do teh same and send everything to the door speakers and the dash speakers being useless.
