Yesterday I was on my way to the track and my car broke down on the way there, (that's another story), but anyway when the tow truck came he hooked the chain hooks up to the front frame of my car, and they slipped off when he tried to pull it onto the bed. He said "this sucks, I have the wrong hooks on the chains for this". I figured, if he has the wrong hooks on then he would change them and put the right ones on and try it again. To my surprise, he goes to try it again and the hook popped off and grabbed onto my front bumper on the way and cracked the lip of my bumper. The guy told me that it wasn't his fault because I don't have a factory bumper, which is not true, I do have the factor bumper. Then once he got it home, he pointed it out to my mom who told him not to worry about it because my car is old and "rough". What should I do? It's not a huge crack or anything but I kinda want my car to look nice and this wasn't my fault at all, I don't think I should have to pay for this guys mistake? I'll post pictures later, I just needed to see what you guys have to say about this. Thanks
