tubo wing on a n/a

im just wondering if i put a turbo wing on my gs, would it be accepted or would i be classified as a "wanna-be" or something.

thats pretty much how i look at stuff anyway, but i still respect you guys opinions for the most part, especially since there is nobody in this area that really knows what a dsm is, let alone what to do and what not to do to one. here in southern illinios walmart neons, apc products, and anything that comes from autozone is concidered upgrades . i guess im the black sheep around here because i hate neons and aluminum wings. i cant decide on weather or not i want to get the turbo wing or go with a terminator wing. ive still got a month or two before i get my body kit on and get my car painted (its gonna be a clean looking kit though. not really ricey looking )

I just gave mine to my body work guy and he is putting on my turbo spoiler, I should have it back on Thursday!! I went to a Mitsubishi body shop and a few other car dealer body shops and they all came up with 1000 dollar estimates just to fill the holes and repaint the panels!!! It is not cheap, luckily he will do that for me and paint the turbo spoiler and put it on and shave the antenna for 300 dollars, cant wait to see it!!

ive found a couple turbo wings on dsmtrader. one for 175 and the other for 200, so thats probobly what im gonna do. im not concerned at all about the holes having to filled and stuff cause im doing all the body work and paint myself (its great to have 4 family members that are body men and to have grown up around body shops ). ive already shaved my door handles and washer squirters and will have my new bumpers on next week, so im just gonna go ahead and take my wing off and get the holes filled and hopefully get a new wing on there. the anticipation is killing me. im changing the color of it so ive still got a lot of work still ahead of me, but it should look killer once its done.

yeah i bought my wing off ebay i think "direct spoiler" is the buyer i went though....shipped hella fast and the packaged that baby real nice.

ok thanks. i'll be posting pics the day it gets done. it will probobly be a month or so because ive still gotta find a set of rudora side skirts and carbon fiber hood, plus catch my uncle at a slow time so that i can use his body shop and paint booth for a couple days. i dont know if any of you guys have seen the paint ive got. its made by house of kolor. its call lemon ice pearl metalic. its the most beutiful yellow ive ever saw in my life. its got like 3 differant colors of metal flake in it, plus its a pearl paint so that makes it even prettier. i dont think there is gonna be another dsm around here like it. i should definatly stand out at the shows or on the street

oh im sure its gonna be a blast . there is nothing i hate more than sanding, and ive got a sh*t load of it ahead of me still. its such a b*tch to change the color of a car...hopefully it will be worth it in the end
