it easy to take off

there's 2 rubbery covers on it...the only 2 small rubber pieces...pop those back with a flat head screw driver and there's screws under them...take a philips head screw driver and it simply comes off

oh the 2 rubber pieces will slide on to the handle it self...its kinda hard to explain...

:D:talon:

thank you I try that when I try to take it off

Two screws. The factory manual, as is so often the case with interior stuff, is about worthless. And it's too dark, cold and scary for me to go outside and look. Should be a couple of flaps that are molded onto the ends of the handle and fold up over the screws to cover them, standard practice. Nothing to do with the airbags, nor any other electronics.
