I got some clear corners for christmas, and i was wondering how you can smoke them out to have a darker color, i want them to match my gunmetal mr7's, any help guys and gals ;).

you could put window tint on em... hahahaha

seriously, there is this stuff called nightshades that comes in a spray can and is exactly for your purpose... you spray light coats on untill the desired darkness is reached... it's like 10 bucks for a can and you can get it from JCWhitney. I'm sure other places carry it too though

hmm, perhaps, wonder if wally world has that nightshades or something similar, well mainly becuase i live in bumf*ck, and the closest wal-mart is like 15 mins away. whatcha think?

hmmmm good thinkin because I am going to buy the darker projectors when i do my front fascia conversion to a 97 eclipse, It would look hott to have dark clear corners(i guess it defeats the purpose of CLEAR though)

It would bee like a smoked European look. I've been thinking about doing that also. I got the clear corners, but they would look so much better if I smoked them.

Check this out, i go over to wal-mart last night and look in the window tint, couldnt find nightshades, how about an autozone or advanced auto type place?

I've got a question about that Nightshades spray. When you use that on say, clear corners, will it allow about the same light transmission through? Just wondering.
