I bought a gauge holder for a 2g over the internet to hold two gauges right infront of me, on the lower corners of the instrument panel. The frame has 4 holes to fasten it to the OEM frame with screws going threw each of the holes. I don't believe that it is an Autometer frame.

I was wondering if any of you guys have purchased the Autometer holder and are happy with the fitment. This one looks like the fitment is piss poor (top holes are off the OEM's). It also looks like I have to cut the OEM frame it attaches to, in order to get the gauges in their respective holes. ExtremePSI sells the Autometer frame. I think this might be a cheapo eBay/knockoff frame. Some insight would be great.

I called ExtremePSI. Customer service rep opened a box and it was the same thing. There are clips that hold the bottom of the OEM frame in and you fasten the frame with the two top screws. The one I have and ExtremePSI's are the same.

Who has something that is a DIRECT REPLACEMENT for the OEM (I don't need to use the OEM frame) and where did you get it?

I don't get what you're saying. Direct replacement for OEM is just that... nothing fancy that holds guages. I have the ebay version (if there is such a thing, since I didn't know brand names for this existed... and they're all exactly the same) of what you linked to and it works fine.

Reference the picture for this please:

YELLOW: Those holes should match up with the OEM holes. Mine does not. They are spaced too far apart (both are about 1/8" to 3/16" off).

GREEN: These holes are to attach this frame to the OEM frame.

RED: I would need to cut the OEM frame (that this one mounts to) in order to get the gauges to fit.

BLUE: On the OEM frame, there are male clips that hold the bottom in place. I would like to have the frame that will hold the gauges to have these clips, so I do not need to fasten this one to the OEM frame.

Do all of these (Autometer and ebay alike) need to mount to the OEM frame to work? If not, where did you get it?
