Anybody paint the tranny before they drop it in? I am paint mine now since it is to cold to work outside, If you have any pics please post.

Ahh now I get it. When I get everything out I am going to do the bay in gloss black and I think the blue will stand out pretty sweet. Just tring to clean up while everything is out.
To the OP- what did you use to paint the tranny. Obviously its some type of high temp paint, but what kind exactly?

The high temp engine enamal paint you buy in the rattle can at auto zone. It works great for blocks too.
