I'm not sure how it'd look -I prefer the Talon's "coke bottle"- but you'll be living in hell with every parking lot and driveway you try to maneuver.
Styling is what you like. Popularity is what everyone else likes.

LOL I see where you are coming from... not looking for approval by any means.. just wondering if anyone has done it (as an alternative to the buddyclub2 sides for example).

If I end up going with the buddyclub2 sides they will still be molded on so it occured to me that this might be possible (and save some cash). The obvious main issue is the gap that will occur in the middle section. I'm thinking polyurethane epoxy to initially attach the 2 sides lined up correctly and foam behind the gap. Cut / mold the foam and then metal mesh over it with the foam serving only to to hold the mesh in place at that point. I'm thinking fiberbond should be sufficient at that point and the main issue is the danger of flexing / cracking which is always possible.

So Again, just wondering if anyone has already done it :thumb:

i like it.. if you ever do go through with your ideas let us know how it goes
