rice or not?

i was wondering, rice or not rice. remember the mirrors the eclipse in fast an furious had on it? the lil motorcycle carbon mirrors, i think it would look good on my car. yes no?

i think they look cool as long as you can actually see out of them, i think everyone will agree that dsm's have enough blind spots without creating more

When it comes to rice mods you have to ask yourself some questions.

Can I live with this mod on a day to day basis?

Can I live with this mod if it does not have universal approval?

Do I really like this mod no matter what people think or say?


If you can say yes to at to at least two out those three get the mod and enjoy the hell out of it

I like the mirrors, but if you can't see sh@# they don't make sense. Also IMO they look better if you have a body kit already. Peace.

I like em' myself. But then again, I'm not entirely free...of...uh...rice. Sorry, I hate usin' that word. Been to a hundred different car forums & heard it just one too many times.
By yeah, I do agree with what JJay said. You need a bod-kit first. If not, their just goin' to stand out like sore thumbs.

I found them b4. $800-something a set. They'd get stolen and you would cry. I know I probably would. 800+ for mirrors is 2 much of a risk. edit- importfan has signal's cf mirrors for $326. You might wanna get those.

i saw some in a dennis kirk catalog,. they sell stuff for cycles,atv's. i also saw them in a catalog for scca racing stuff. cant remember the na,e though. but i decided i would need a body kit to go with them, an i dont want a kit so no mirrors =P
