Well my passenger side LEDs on my Halo went out finally. They lasted longer than I thought. I did search the forums on how to replace them and what to replace them with, but no one really ever told how. Does someone out there know how? I need to know how to change them and what bulbs are needed. And what is this I hear about a resistor in line?

I have the Racer Wheel.com 95 Blue/White Ion Halo Projectors.

Thank you all.

I have had the stupid halo projector headlights for a week and the ring on the one side is burnt out! I know because i tried to re wire it. How would i go about replacing it and whats involved?

LOL. I posted about three days ago with the same problem, no one has replied since. I am going to attack the halos myself. I will post here again, after I find out what is needed to be done to fix them.

Glad im not hte only one that has had them burn out. I had mine a week then one went out. Then the next week the second one went out. Mine was the resistor inside the light> be careful when you take the light apart not to crack the housing.

Thats a bummer man. Im not very pleased with my projectors as well. I hate aftermarket cosmetics.

How did you get the light apart?

Damn guys sucks to hear. Now I am worried cause I just installed a set Sunday. Great looking headlights though. I hope mine hold up.

BTW, is it just me or do these headlamps seem bright?

They are very bright. I have had mine for a year now and no problems yet. (crossing fingers)
