Convenience mods

I was just wondering if it would be possible to do the following to my 94 Talon DL:

add power windows
add power locks
add the door speakers
add rear window defrost
add rear window wiper

Any ideas if or how I can do this would be appreciated. Thanks fellow DSMers

yes, anything is possible nowadays

well the easiest way is to get doors from a same year talon with options you want ieower, and speakers. and install them however being lazy like most automakers are they use the same wiring harness for most of their cars regardless of model.( and i don't know this is true with dsm's)

same goes for defroster, wiring is probably there, however you will need to replace the rear glass with one that has the defroster already, as well as the associated switches, relays

rear wiper? i dunno replace the rear hatch, and start looking for the same switches, relays to make it work

I would do just the windows and locks...
But the rest? leave it alone.

yeah if you actually went somewheer and had that done, it would cost tons, and i think you have to replace the window if you want a defroster.....

Well, all I'm worried about it the parts.... I can and would do the work myself. Or, if I ran into trouble I have at least two uncles and the friend of an uncle that are certified mechanics. Thanks for your input guys (and gals if there are any)

wait there is a way. i'm at school i'll post the web site at home tonight. you can add power windows to your regular and it's easy there are power locks by the same company. i'll get the address tonight.

its very easy to do the installs for power locks, but windows, argghhh, pain getting in there, just buy doors that have them already in it
