Does anyone know if the needed wiring is present in a '97 Eclipse GS to install a factory Keyless Entry receiver? I have power locks & windows, but the car has no keyless module installed from the factory.

I can pick this up cheap from a junkyard, but if I'm going to have to run all the wiring, I'd just as soon install aftermarket.

All I know is that the module is mounted on the driver side in between the rear driver speaker and the drivers seat belt.

pick up a key FOB on ebay for less than $30 and try to program it. if it works, great! if not, youre only out $30 and you can sell it back on ebay. That's what I did for my 97 GS-T and it worked.

hey,
as title says..checking for keyless receiver..
bought car without any fob. Once I was on pump...return to car and opened threw open window..Alarm wakes up...So, on Ebay bought fob, then checked how to programm..and NOTHING..
Then I checked receiver and there is rust on it....Think thats the reason why can´t programm my new Fob...
Of course checked Ebay for receiver..but NONE!

If you got keyless entry receiver..PM me.will buy!
THX
