4 point seat belts

do all of these go over your shoulder and connect by the back seat? isnt this annoying for those in the back. i for some reason thought they went downt he back of the front seat and connected somewhere down there.

I have em- and I dont have back seats unless you get a cage and bolt them to that - they have to bolt down where the back seat belts USED to bolt down- but either way its a pain in the ass for anyone in the back.
