go to www.importintelligence.com they have the needle kits. i think its a lot cheaper from them too. and they come in yellow, red or blue

i don't know why the loser put his name on the picture of those blue needles cause he ripped right off the importelligence site anyway. people never cease to amaze me :( :barf:

I have the blue needles on my car, they look like ass with the stock gauges, but the are the so cool with a nice set of gauges. I got these gauges seperatly from...

http://www.blackcatcustom.com/us-eclipse.htm

The eclipse logo is on mine is blue, and the numbers come up light blue. I will be posting pics of them in the next couple of weeks.

The gauges that the guy sellin the needles come with suck, they are just white stickers to put over ur stockers.

These take alot of care to put in properly, and you also have to make sure u put the needles back on in the right place, which isn't too hard... I messed up a little on the speedo but i have ezpass around here so that made puttin it back on 100% accurate :thumb:

hope this helps, if u got the cash they are a nice addition, i def would buy them again. you can buy them at

Yeah they will work great with reverse indiglows also. One more thing to note, if you get another color other red such as blue its probably a good idea to scrape the paint off lightly and use a blue sharpie marker for the new color. Otherwise ur needle will be both partially blue and red.

for the intelliglow kit does it require you to take off you stock needles and replace'em with them, im sure theyd look nice, but im sure they would be a pain in the as$ to recalibrate, and whats this talk about a marker.
thanks

yeah u will have to take them off and recalibrate them. It's not so hard to do.... Have a friend drive nexwith u somewhere and tell him to hit cruize when he is at like 50mph hor something, then u can see how far off u guessed when u put the needle on. The tach is kinda easy, u should have an idea of what ur idle is when u turn on the car, gas u put on too full when u fill the car up and the temp gauge u put in the middle once u car is fully warmed...

Now for the needles themselves, they dont give u a pair of needles. They give u a small light that glows under the center of the needle. If u get a color other than red u will have to remove the paint on ur orignal ones and apply the color of the glow to the needles. A sharpie marker works kinda well, so does paint. I repianted mine about 10 times just to get the perfect color when the needles are glowing.

)))PSSZZZUUUMMMEEE((( I am your father luke LOL. Those needles look sick, but I wouldn't want them if they are going to take up soo much mpg, look at it. Why would you want to do something when you don't have any fuel to play with it? LOL nah but they realy do look sick. I think I would rather have aftermarket black faced guages with blue led's in the background, and lighting up the entire dash like a few posts back.

So, you're going to spend $70 or more to do a lot of work. So what does the kit contain that you can't get at a auto store. Hell, I'll rip apart my gauge cluster and paint the needles if someone could tell me what kind of bulbs to replace the factory ones with. I also have the reverse indiglow, they are tight! But those organge glowing needles kind of take away from them. Any suggestions.

just go to importintelligence.com they're the ones who first made the kit and probably make the kits for anyone else who sells them. I believe its a carbon fiber based electro-lumiescent ring that sticks on underneath your needles. Or in otherwords they're just little pieces of indiglo paper that stick up underneath your needles :)

I wouldn't spend that for needles, I would do it myself. I can easily do stuff like that, you can too. But I don't think they would look good on the Reverse Indiglows, cause they would light up the entire face with that color, I think they would work best with the black faced guages.

Well, the reverse Indiglos ARE black at night (except the numbers and tick lines-- that's why they're reverse.

No, they are white faced, so if they are white faced, those needles will definatly light up the entire face, it dont matter if they are black at night, those needes are soo bright, they will light up the face. They allready practicly light up the real black faces.

i got the needles in my car wth a set of reverse indiglo guages. the needle kit was basically just some LED's u add on. mine dont light like the picture..its not that bright...but they look damn good. ill try to get a pic sometime.

Did u remove the red from the needles? Once the paint is removed u can use a blue sharpie marker color... they will not glow that bright but still look very good. If you use a med-light color blue paint they will glow like a 100watt light bulb...this however is not as attractive as u would think....I actually used a med-dark blue paint for the tack and speedo, and for the gas and temp gauges just the sharpie marker. I will posts pics as well. Very good combo with the reverse indiglos and needles.

Just leds? that bites. Who did you order from? I think you got screwed if you payed something like $70.

they glow.... and very bright if u chose to have them that way check out my post above

"If you use a med-light color blue paint they will glow like a 100watt light bulb"... it honestly looks like ass this way.
