Brightening Halos

does anyone know how i can make my halos brighter? im assuming its an LED light (if mistaken, correct me) and where can i get them. my blue halos in my headlights are really dim. any help appreciated, thanks

You can pick up various brightness LED's from Radio Shack or any decent electronics store.

the 12v redline leds (found at best buy and other places) are blue and are quite bright.
