where can I buy panels for the car?

Hi I was wondering where can I buy panels for my car? I'm referring to like the fenders and what not and basically everything else that's exterior. Also how do I remove this huge dent out that's located in the rear passenger side quarter panel. Thanks

Oh yeah. Pick n Pull has saved me a ton of money. Theres 3 turbo 1gs there and 2 n/as. Any OEM part I need is probably right there.
