I have a 90 gsx that im going to paint. Should i try to mask off the sticker on the back, or just take it off, paint it and shell out 30 bucks for a new one? Just seems like a pain to mask it then cut out all the letters.

Keep the stickers off. Go for the clean look, thats what I did I took off all my stickers except the front Mitsubishi symbol but it got stolen...

Even if you were hellbent on keeping the stickers I would just get new once because if yours look anything like mine :| then they wont go good with brand new paint.

Yeah, definitely take the stickers off now and if you decide to, replace them and do so on a window so you don't cover up and possibly mess with a new paint job. I think a clean, straight line-up looks pretty good on the rear glass.
