Myrtle Beach,
Has anyone ever had water coming into their car behind the drivers seat? I don't know where mine is leaking at but i took a water hose and sprayed it for about 5 mins (underneith the car) and i still found nothing....Any hints on what it might be?

I had a similar problem in my 1g. What it was was the rubber housing for the wiring harness that connects the car to the hatch. It was leaking there running behind my body panels to the floor.

OMG! 1g and 2g are different?? Youve blown my world apart OMG

haha couldnt help it

From experience in my 95, 1) Sunroof drains like Defiant said 2) Taillight gaskets 3) Hatch drains

Is your spare tire area a lake?

The O2 sensor wiring passes through the floor under the drivers seat. The grommet/seal might be letting water in.

I had someone stand outside of the car today and hold a water hose over it. I found out that the seal on the outside of the door was letting water run down the back speaker pannel and onto the floor. Glad I figured it out!! Thanks for all of your help...O yea, i'm installing new carpet and it is a bi**h!!!! :notgood:

sorry it took me so long to reply man, my computer crashed! But anyways...yea it was pre-molded it was just a pain because you had to cut the holes for everything and then on top of that you had to cut the edges away in order to get it to fit snug to the floor! It took me a good bit to get it straight but it's in now and looks great!
