Hi guys, Im currently Upgrading/Fixing things as you can see in the pictures below. Preping for an engine/trans removal and installing a new trans, fixing an oil leak, upgrading lifters and turbo and most of all 97+ converson. I got some ideas and need input from you guys. The pictures explane most, but painting ideas, Ether All Black, All sliver, or two tone it  any input, thanks.

defintely stick with one color. if you like the silver/black combo though, what about doing a very dark silver paint? like a graphite or something? my friend did his car like that, and at night it looked dang near black, but in the sunlight it was a nice dark metallic silver. something to consider.

but please do NOT two-tone it. thx

ok, no two tone, I liked the 95 gsx's that had that, so i though about it , Ive also though about the paint that does that color shift in the day and night like you said but $$$$. Does any one know the color code for a 97 GSX thats black :D

deffinatly don't do that 2 tone.... looks cheap. There is a guy with a Grand Prix around here that was factory green and has silver bumpers and side skirts... my guess is he got in an accident and didn't want to pay for paint... thats my first impression.

yeah thats what im getting as well. Im going to go with the black, what color black i have no idea. I know there is like a pearl black, midnight black etc, but unsure of what  thanks for the info/replies :rocks:

here is a side rear shot, and no, that is not stock wheel gap, the car is still in the air ROFL
