I am in the process of painting my car. It is a 92 talon awd turbo. I got a bodykit for it, (whether you guys likeit or not , I do not care). I took the doors, fenders, windows, hatch and all the trim peices off. I wasnt planning on doing all that, but I figure if I am going to do it once I would do it right. Now I can say, I know why getting a good paintjob costs so much. My car has been in my shop for over a month now! It is looking good though. I went with the WRX rally blue. The paint is badass. This is what I am going to go to school for though so I am loving all the crap I have been through. I have had some problems, but you just got to start over. My bodykit was completely done once. I sprayed the clear on and got a few runs from getting to close. There are too many lines on that kit buff it out, so i just sanded it all the way back down and starting over. I respect you guys that can really turn out some nice paint jobs. It is a lot of hard work, thats for sure.

yeah... painting is no joke... i kept getting cracks on the f1 fenders i got well just the passenger side... resand... spray heat sand spray heat ugh got annoying =P
