97-99 OEM Kit on a 95-96 Eclipse. What do I need to do?

I want to convert my 96 GS-T kit over to the 97-99 OEM body kit. I already have the parts and I talked to a guy who had done it on his. But im not sure what is required to do the swap.

He said somthing about cutting a support in the front and the back bumper fits right on. Also does it affect the head lights at all?

My car is about an inch off the ground and a body kit won't even fit on it. I don't want to go back to stock springs just want to switch to the newer style kit because it needs a paint job so bad .

You just need a 2Gb bumper and 2Gb headlights..... It should all bolt right on just fine.
