They will bolt on but will have a slight gap on the inside(opposite end of the corner signal on both). The 97-99 headlights are a bit shorter. If you search you'll find a guide on it that shows the difference. If you are planning to swap the front bumper to a 97-99 bodykit or a 97-99 stock front end then these headlights will be perfect, if you stick with your 95-96 bumper it'll look a bit off but not terrible.

I believe your looking for these Halos for a 96 DSM I have the headlights that your first posted with and ill tell you this... The halo ring itself is not white, its actually an awesome looking purple color. Word is that you can modify the halo rings itself with LEDs of your choice. Search up on halos before you buy them so you wont be suprised.
