what type of hardware to use for installing fiberglass bodykit??

for all you guys out there who have installed there own body kits.....what type of hardware did you use?? like what type of screws.......any general info on installation would be useful......

pop rivets, regular screws, self tapping screws, just about anything will work. and iv used just about everything on kits i have installed over the years
