Where do I get an adapter for aftermarket speakers in front door?

I'm trying to replace my blown front door speakers with some aftermarket speakers. And I'm not ready to replace the whole system, just the speakers for now. Is there an adapter I can buy so that I don't have to drill new holes into my car? The aftermarket doesn't line up with the original holes.

Its just a peice of plastic. Drill new holes. Thats what I did, took about 3 mins and I was done.

Thanks all. The holes on the new speaker don't all reach plastic, so I had to drill holes for 2 of the screws and rig the other two. Works great
