1g carbon fiber vented hood

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows if they make 1g carbon fiber vented hoods for the 1g with the flip up lights. If so do you know where to get one? I saw this topic posted somewhere else but it didn't really say if they were available.

Look up the VIS hoods on ebay. They have the Invader and Evo models for the 1GA.

now on franks site it said pin on C/F so does that eman its just a skin that lays on top of my stock hood? if so

Means the hood needs hoodpins.

What I got out of Franks sites was that there are three options. One is no hinges, with pins at the front and the back. Two is hinges at the back and pins at the front. Three is hinges at the back and a latch at the front.

My friend bought the Carbon fiber hood from ebay for 450 with shipping,then he ordered the Subaru WRX carbon fiber Scoop,made some modifications with that scoop (cut some peces out of it to make it fit perfect on his 1G talon cAarbon fiber hood,and from those scoop peaces he made the Headlight covers ,it looks realy good

Whatever you do, MAKE SURE YOU USE HOOD PINS!!!! The VIS is pretty well-known for biting the asses of guys who didn't put the pins in. You don't want a smashed windshield, roof and bodily harm.
