I have a eyetoy ps2 camera hooked up to my lap top as a webcam/ video camera. The quallity is great. What do you guys think about hooking it up to either my laptop in the car OR hooking up to my in dash dvd player? Where would be a good place to mount the camera? I'd like to video tape....the action :)

Sorry to get off topic, but after reading your post, I had to try hooking up my EyeToy to my computer...how'd you get it to run?

Its basicly just a USB camera....
however you may want ot test it a bit more before doing this, as im willing to bet the max FPS that the eye toy can capture will proably be pretty miniscule, leaving you with either blurred video at high speed or missing/dropped frames....

The EyeToy works great on capturing video onto my laptop. Nothing is blurry.
I have a stoik program that works very well with the eyetoy. Do a google search on using eyetoy as webcam. You will find a site that gives very detailed instructions. I am trying to find it but i need to go to work........
I jsut searched a little on the net and it went fine.
