Carbon Fiber Hood

Hey all I was wondering about a good hood to get for my Talon. My sister just f'ed up her eclipse and needs a new hood so I'll give her mine and buy a CB one. I was thinking about the one with 6 vents on it but don't know if I can use it cause mine is a turbo. If anyone has one already could ya let me know how its working for ya. Thx guys

personally i think those hoose look HOT! i would love to get something like that custom made for my 1g . i would think you would be able to use it with a turbo. it doesn't have a bulge in it, but i still havn't gotten why it is there. all eclipses have that bulge. (rs, gst, gsx, auto, manual)....

I looked at my engine and it has a bulge where the camshaft drive cover so I can't get that one with the vents. I looked at two other sites for it and they both say non-turbo only!! So I'm getting a regular carbon fiber hood with the bulge. Thx for the info guys. I'm going to get pics soon with my new 97 stock Talon spoiler on it and the new hood. Might even get some nice wheels but we'll see.

as far as i know the bump in the hood was intended for turbo's, the timing chain/cover is right underneath, need the bump to make room. this is what i hear, i could be wrong.
