High wattage bulbs, look what happens(pics)

Well, before reading on here that it's not recommended to use high wattage bulbs because it can melt the stock harness, I'd already ordered some and put em in. Today I'm driving and it's raining, so I turn my headlights on of course, and notice from the reflection off the back of an SUV that my passenger side headlight isn't working, so I get home and take out the bulb and here's what it looked like:

Also, I don't know if it was just one defective bulb or what, the other one seems to be fine but I'm taking that one out also as a precaution, and I'm gonna see if I can get a replacement pair or refund Pic 2:

Daomn! What brand is that? I'll be sure to stay away from it.

Bought them at visionautodynamics.com, I'm kinda thinking it was just 1 defective bulb because I do recall it being dimmer in the first place, and gradually getting dimmer by the day.

I just stick to stocks now. I went through 2 sets of PIAA's and i already melted the stock harness once.
