I have 2 neon tubes I want to hook up under the dash of the car.. where do I run the wires too? I know all about grounding, but what is the safest and most professional way to hook them up?

I made my own under-dash kits from LED's and hooked them upto a switch panel i have under my radio. The power for that is sliced into the cigar lighter. Just step up the fuse to a 20 or 30amp and your set.
