OK, im sick and tired of looking at my rust spots..how do i get rid of them?
Basically they are on the rear wheel well, ear the front of the well. I'll try to take pics, but im not sure if I can. I'm thinking this is what I need to do:
Take a small hammer, and gently bang on it to get all the loose pieces out.
Tape off the are, so my paint wont' get anything bad on it
Take some stuff that kills rust, and spray the crap outta the area, and wipe it down.
Take bondo and go over the area so that its smoothed down
get a can of spray paint that is stock color, and paint on it till it kinda blends in.
I cant afford a paint job right now, but once i get one, itll all look good.
here is my worries though. would it be possible that the rust would still live, and after i put the bondo on, it would get EXTREMELY WORSE, but i wouldn't be able to see it because it would eat from the inside of the bondo?
any other suggestions?
