How is stock 1g GSX 3-piece Spoiler held on?

I'm trying to figure out how exactly my spoiler is held on because its kinda loose right now and it wiggles when i drive and makes a terrible squeak noise.

Is it just bolts, or is there tape and other stuff there also?

The center is pushed forward on these clip things and then its held in place by 2 plastic holders on each side, which a bolt goes through each one. If its wiggling, its because 1 of the plastic holders that the bolt goes through is broke, like on my spoiler. Its not all that difficult to take the center piece of, just pull the plastic cover from the underside of the hatch, and remove the bolt on each side and then pull the spoiler towards the back of the car.
