I just got a 1995 talon for really cheap .. but the hood is in black primer. ( I guess the kid wanted the c/f look or something ) I think it lookd horrible and want to paint it to make it at least somewhat match. Whats the cheapest and easiest diy method of doing this? Even spray paint would work I guess!!!! How many coats? Clear coat? The car is just a daily driver so I don't care too much I just want it to look somewhat decent. Thanks.

Man the kid you got that talon from must of frequented autozone......ALOT  I agree go with a maaco or earl sheib :thumb:

Cheapest and easiest? A lot of body shops are able to charge an aerosol spray paint can with the paint you choose. Call around, it shouldn't cost that much.
