1. Remove the seats because its a lot easier to remove them than to work around them. Remove the center console.

2. I've cut out the cigarette lighter, it has four wires, 2 are for the orange kight ring aournd it and the other 2 are for the actual lighter.

3. I got an Autogauge Voltmeter, Its made in Taiwan but looks good, it works and has a warning light if ever voltage drops below 11.5v.

4. This is the messy part, you have to cut away a lot of material from the console.

6. No turning back here.

7. Constantly check for fitment, the last thing you want is to cut away too much material. When you can force it through the hole, its time to stop, it should be nice and tight.

8. I use terminals at both ends because I know this isn't the last time I will take out the center console

9. Better shot with no flash. careful not to let the suckers touch any metal, I had the cig lighter power terminal touch something, sparked and I blew a fuse.
10. All assembled up and ready for testing. The meter should read 12.5 - 13 at volts at idle if your alternator is is good.
