pop the lil cap,
unbolt the nut on there
then heres the trick, when you pull them off dont try to use a ton of force if so it will cause to u pull it to the side some and just get stuck on the bolt there.. so its making it not move

just gently ease it straight up and it should come right off
 
I had to use PB Blaster to loosen up the bolt/wiper arm but then it came right off.
 
I used a screwdriver and a block of wood as a fulcrum. I gently pried on one side, then the other, and I found this to be a very easy way.
