It's in my girlfriends 97 Avenger. It came with a Viper remote, but there is no siren anywhere under the hood. The only wire I have found goes through the firewall and is wired into one of the fuel injectors. There is a valet switch and a second button type switch next to it. Those are the only things that I can find that are aftermarket.

Ideas anyone? :)

you might have a remote starter instead of a car alarm there......the wire on the injector harness is used as a tach signal to tell the module when to quit cranking the car because it has started..... :dsm:
