wats up you guys,

i rear ended somebody. ikno ikno , and now my hood looks pregnant and has to be replaced , i took the front bumper cover off and there is no frame damage , thank god, but my question to you is, is it possible to bend back the radiator support and hood latch??? it was dinged downward, i rear ended a highlander, or should i just go buy a replacement support beam and hoodlatch?

not sure what to do and very open to any suggestions.

i can post pics if needed,

thanx

personeally i think you should take it to a body shop and see what the think should be done. tell them you just want to know what needs replaced and get a quote.

the same thing happened to me, and i took a piece of wood and a hammer and beat the support back into place. Now you cant tell anything happened to my car :thumb:

I have been fixing wrecks for 5 years now and if you cant fix it with a block of wood and a hammer........Get a bigger hammer!!!!!! :shhh:
P.S if it is real bad chain the hardest hit part to a tree or somthing and back up SLOW till it looks ok.

i love it some times its just the simple solutions that work the best and i find beatting on things with a hammer is good therapy too nothing like taking out some agression and being productive at the same time (damn i need a job destroying things :thumb: )
