Flip out Tv's lemmie see em!!!

I have a pioneer flip out monitor and a pioneer deh-840mp ( the one with the flipdown face)

I have yet to intstall either of these into my 1g

i just want to see how my 1g brotheren are installing their flip outs,being that we dont have the nice angle like the 2g boys

i have the DEH8400 flip out in my 2g. the flip out part was annoying cause i used to hit it withm my hand during shifts before i got my short throw kit.

i heard those are hella cheap now, around 300 bucks. i got mine when it was top of the line shit for about 600. it kinda sucks that all youre paying extra for was the flip down face, my freinds panasonic was 200$ cheaper and has better options and more of them, and has a higher resolution display. but i still like my flip down better.

oh and with the angle us 2g boys have, the flipped down part is almost flat, its prolly 15* away from being flat. i like it. in 1st, 3rd and 5th my fingers are right on it.

I have a flipout dvd player but I only have a photoshopped pic of what I wanted my interior to look like when it was done. I haven't got my car back from slowboy yet to install the DVD player but I will pos pics as soon as I get it back. They said monday of next week at the earliest and friday of next week at the latest. Can't wait!

These have adjustable settings. Mine automatically adjusts. It comes out, flips up and when it hits something it flips back away from whatever it hit about 3/4in. I'll take a vid of that as well.

I hear yah, I got the premier 840 too. Hits everything. Though he is asking about DVD screens that flip up. But the 840 and 8400 were ALWAYS $300 new off of ebay

i appreciate it but i was really hoping of seeing some 1g boys with them. our dash is like a vertical plain.

No I make them out of fiberglass.
